It's a busy and popular practice. The Doctors I have seen at this practice are excellent. Dr Wajud and Dr Shahid both actively listen offer the best advice and treatment and my welfare really matters to them. Thank you for being so kind if everyone had Doctors like you we would all be fitter and better and have any health issues addressed professionally and kindly. Thank you

Unfortunately this surgery has never any appointments for its patients. You are expected to either que for an hour before doors open or try your luck on the phone!! Can't get an appointment when needed...really frustrating when you've been on hold for over 45 minutes, and then told NO appointment please try again.... Doctors are good when you actually see them..Try not to get unwell because you'll be lucky if you get seen here!!

A very awful experience which result in me having panic attacks for days after attending this surgery. Receptionist named LESLIE needs to be sacked the amount of times i have witnessed her talking down on not only myself but older and unwell folks too! its sickening attending this surgery and i am in the process of moving. This place has made my condition 100x worse as i even avoid ringing up for appointments and have gone months without seeing my doctor for medication for this very reason! Sort out the receptionists plz! Im sure i am not the only one to have experienced this.

I had a terrible experience. I wanted to register with the gp so I get my knee problem looked at. They requested a SMEAR test as a condition to register with the clinck. I told them I have done a smear test in the past three years, I just couldn't remember when. They refused to register me and booked me for a Smear test in the clink. Since when is a smear test a registration requirement for health care providers? The receptions was rude. I feel this was some sort of abuse. I don't imagine a man , asking to get registered, and having a hemorrhoid test as a registration requirement.
