I had an appointment with Dr. Najah Pandit at 11.12am Tuesday14th March at Elliot Hall Medical Centre who kindly arranged for me to have a x-ray. I went to Northwick Park at 2.00pm that same day and was seen within 10 minutes. I received a text from the same doctor on Wednesday 15th March morning less than 24 hours from first seeing her, giving me the all clear. Absolutely brilliant service from both Elliot Hall and Northwick Park Hosbital. Many, many thanks for providing such a holistic, joined up and overarching service. I am extremely grateful to you.

To get a GP appointment its now 2 to 3 weeks wait times. Not sure whats happening with surgery, before we used to get appointments next day or on the day as well.

I saw nurse Roya Rahimi for the first time, she was fantastic! Very friendly with really positive energy. Also, saw Dr Kelshiker recently, one of the best doctors out there! He takes everyone's problems seriously and really tries to help. Receptionists have improved too. Still have some unfriendly receptionists but most of them are quite professional and helpful. Because of Dr Kelshiker and nurse Roya Rahimi, I would say it's one of the best surgeries out there.

awful reception staff have called 3 times prior to my appointment to ask for general queries and have not been approachable or very helpful at all. Updated on 28 10 22 The reception staff are absolutely un empathetic and there is no understanding. Chayya in particular incredibly rude ans not willing to listen Had put in a patch request and offered priority appt. The doctor called way after my Appointment time 2.5 hours after, what is the point of giving a time. I work in healthcare eith patients myself and had to be at work later that evening I could not be free for the whole evening for the appt. Appointment was then rebooked to today after a 3 week wait for a priority appt nd I didn't get the phonecall at the time I made the appointment. Called the practice they told me it was a face to face appt. I requested if the doctor could call me instead and chayya continued to argue wirh me about how a telephone appointment works. Told to put in a new patch request!!!!!!!! What a joke. No actual solution to the problem that was caused on behalf of the practice. Poor communication and service. As soon as i got off phonecalI got the cheek of a message to say you missed your appointment. The receptionist didn't even bother to make the doctor aware I was on the line or if she could call me instead. You are playing with people's lives!! Shocking. Please give me a complaint contact as its bad you don't have these contact details on your website. As someone who worked in healthcare during the pandemic, I will raise concerns about this awful service that other doctors cannot access given the tight schedules they are on themselves. I will be contacting higher organisations if I do not receive these details.
