I was wrongly advised by them over a year ago when querying that I thought I had misdiagnosed ADHD. The receptionist told me they only test children. This majorly prolonged my diagnosis during a very stressful period. I have since found out the correct information. Please ensure your staff are trained properly if they are standing as healthcare navigators.

How difficult is it to speak to a doctor these days? Bloody difficult that is!!! Either you are out on hold for hours or told to use an app to make an appointment I have tried to discuss my partners issues with his health and talking to a District Nurse (remember then, they are as rare as hens teeth too) she said that she would get in touch with my partners GP She called me back to let me know that I would receive a call between the hours of 2pm and 4pm Thats good, I can plan my day, visits and calls so that Id be free for the telephone call 4pm passes no call, I called the surgery at 4.17pm on hold for 15 minutes and told I was first in the Queue. When call answered I explained and told that the doctor would be next to call me. Ok, so far so good. By 5.15pm no call, called back again, on hold for 20 minutes this time (5th in the queue) when I got through eventually I was told I was given the wrong information by previous receptionist and that the doctor was still going to call and would be 15 minutes as I was the last call on her list and she finishes at 6.30pm 7.06pm and still no call from the doctor as their website states that they are open until 8.00pm I have now just called them and the answer message states that they are now closed and closed at 6.30pm Will call early tomorrow as the app does not work and see what explanation they give me for not calling when they said they would, not once but three times, despite me being the last call on her list at 5.45pm!!!!!!!
