Worst service I have ever experienced from a GP surgery. Absolutely fed up, it is extremely difficult to get an appointment here, even for an emergency appointment it is near on impossible. You are either left on hold or the call cut entirely. This is the case even when we are not in a global pandemic. Would not recommend to anyone and would rate 0 stars if I could.

The admin staff really think they are above the medical needs of the people. Horrible admin staff. I have never once had a CIVIL and polite experience with them

I have formally escalated this surgery to NHS England. If you call at 815 and are 2nd in the queue, it doesn't mean you are 2nd in the queue to get an appointment. I waited and hour and half and the receptionists didn't pick up. They put their phones on mute and ignore calls. My daughter is 2 years old and I had to drive to the surgery while I was on hold to the surgery and show them that the automated message says I'm number 1 .....and would they like to answer my call. They have a technical problem with their phone appointment booking line which they don't want to address. We are not in a covid environment and triage is unnecessary. See your patients face to face and talk to them once rather than having a triage process followed by a face to face. Some of the doctors are great at this surgery like Lydia and Krupa but the receptionists just all need to be rereviewed. I am looking at alternate surgeries as had enough. From people that I have spoken to in the neighbourhood they have all said the same about this place.
