Rang today to get some bloods to check certain aspects of my health. A doctor K said he knew what I needed and would not sanction all my requests. In particular I wanted to see my Vitamin D levels which historically was very very low. He was adamant that it was just something I wanted but not what I needed and how he was sticking to guidelines.I could feel my blood boiling which should not be the case when you ring your doctor for assisant. Am so disappointed especially when other doctors have provided this test for me. I dont feel this service is equitable.

Poor service - slow at dealing with test results. Reception on last two occasions very rude and think its ok to give you a poor telephone manner. One lady in particular!
