If I could give zero I would. The worst service Ive ever experienced. I have been asking for 3 weeks EVERY DAY for my tablets - Ive sent photos of the tablets twice and even rang the reception who said Id get a call the following day - heard nothing. I was told during week one the GP was sorting it - heard nothing. Then I was told a chemist had called me and emailed me to which I had no missed calls or emails. Incredibly disappointing service - in fact I wouldnt even call it a service. They do not care and hope youll eventually give up asking for medication. Absolutely shameful. It should not be made this difficult to get your tablets. I am still waiting and its been 3 weeks!

Terrible service. Do not contact you for test results or treatment letters. Long ques to speak to someone on the phone. Ive been to the GP for a few things over the years and the service was terrible pre covid so cant use that as an excuse for being busy or terrible service. If I could give a 0 rating I would.
