The unfriendlinesses of the reception is so intensely felt always when you want to communicate anything at all with them that I can understand fully that people rather directly go to A and E. Promises of being called back are sometimes not kept. The atmosphere there becomes much beter when you are seen by the doctors but this doesnt outweigh the harsh approach felt by the rude and uncaring people behind the reception. When you run a practice it is in my opinion a balance between good health care and honest friendly communication from your front staff on which your community you serve can count on. Unfortunately this is not the case here. I seriously wonder if the receptionists even passes on my messages and requests. I wish for nobody to become Ill but if you do, dont do it here.

Disclosure- I wish I could give this practice zero star but it wont allow me this option. Despicable practice with disrespectful receptionist. This gp centre is the WORSE medical centre in Harrow, I have official filed a three page letter of complaint to Harrow council and NHS England. This practice needs to be shut down as soon as possible, the doctors are useless, lazy and unwilling to take the time to help you in my personal experience. All receptionist needs to be changed as soon possible, theres a sense of settle racism in the front reception. Theres not much diversity in gp front staff because 90% are Asian and middle age with no sense of sympathy. This medical centre front of house are useless, insulting, unfriendly and will lie to you about appointment availability. I have complicated health issues with my heart and they wanted to give me three weeks appointment to see the doctor. My Indian partner called and she was booked in for The same week Friday but she declined. So what does this tell you without me spelling it out ? I say this again every single one of these receptionist needs to be sacked immediately. The reviews speaks to peoples anger and poor treatment of this medical centre. The doctor doesnt help much, the receptionist are disrespectful, ignorant and unsympathetic of every patient it seems according to the reviews. My partner and I including three other family members have jointly filed a complaint to Nhs England and the council of this poor practice, and I hope they immediately terminate the front of house contract and these lazy doctors! THEY ARE NOT THERE TO HELP ANYONE!
