It is not possible to do programming and not be put on the list of appointments. Yesterday I called for an appointment for a little child and they told that today at 8:30 a.m I can go to the doctor and when I presented with my child, not put on the list of appointments. Yesterday,also,when the child was getting worse, I tried to see a doctor without an appointment and told me that I can not see a doctor only by appointment, although there was only one patient in the room! So understand that whether or not I have programming are treated with indifference. Shame on you and I abhor anything from your system!

For your own safety, avoid like a plague. In 8 months, they failed to get a prescription correct. I was handed a blank page to write what drugs I wanted. Joke of a place to say they are trained medics. WORST doctors I have ever come across in my 23 years of requiring ongoing medical attention. Their illiteracy means I suffered every month due to a lack of one med or another. CONSTANT battles for the most stupid human errors. Waiting to see a negligence law suit filed against them!!!

Wouldn't even give this place a one star. If you are lucky enough to see a doctor for your needs he won't even look at you or make an eye contact all 5 of the appointment minutes. The nursing and receptionist staff are the worst. They take you off the system as they wish and try to prove that you never been there for any prescription and when you collect all the paper work you need to register AGAIN they said to me that they don't have time for this. The worst bunch of disgusting, rude women that shouts at patients and make fun of them. Cannot believe this place is still open as what the hell they get paid for!?? After I decided to leave without trying to engage any more they still send me an automatic text message for the smear test I have due!! I'm not in your books so how come, eh?! Save your nerves and stay away from this place!
