It sickens me to even give the 1 star. Im genuinely lost for words. How this surgery is still open absolutely baffles me. Youll be stuck in a queue of 17+ people and still wont be able to get an appointment. Also, Im not sure if the receptionists are aware that it doesnt hurt to smile every once in a while. So miserable and rude! A job description for this role would include things like being welcoming, approachable, helpful, understanding, empathetic etc. however these receptionists definitely have none of these qualities. How embarrassing.

This practice should be closed down. 9 out of 10 times no one will pick up the phone if they do they will hang up on you. Cant get an appointment if you walk in, you be told to go home and call then to make a appointment. I don't understand how they still operating. Worst GP practice ever

Dont even want to give this one star. If possible, I would give lower. Not all but some receptionists seem like they have no clue what theyre doing. I was told I had a mother and baby checked booked in after registering my baby, to later find out no one had even bothered to register my baby and our forms were just left laying about for weeks. I have had horrible experience over the phone, not being listened to when trying to explain my probable and being completely dismissed. I have also had the phone hung up on me mid sentence while trying to express my disappointment with the service. When trying to get my baby booked in for 8week jabs Ive been told to repeatedly call back and they dont have any appointments for me. They also tried to offer me this appointment when he was 3 weeks old. Imagine a national medical immunisation specifically having to be done at a certain point in a babys life and they are offering it way sooner. With my older child the nurse giving us his one year jabs had to do it across two appointments on different days for some unknown reason, when going back for the season appointment she was didnt know what jabs she had previously done so wasnt sure what jabs to offer him. She also ran late by 20 mins for our appointment because she had to go to the shops and then tried to rush my appointment slot because she didnt have enough time. On too many occasions have I faced disappointment with this surgery. Unfortunately it is the closest one to me and would be difficult for me to travel to another surgery so am stuck here.
