        Rubbish company service, is a rubbish company . Company that encourage driver his delivery driver to steal good. Because there is no one to talk and solve the issue. My goods is hanging in the office and no update for the past 48 hours. After 1 attempt. If possible to give this company 0 Star i will. Frustated company.

        I was expecting a delivery from this incompetent company. They told me the first delivery time would be Wednesday from 14:00-16:00. I made an attempt to change this as I do not get home from work until 17:30pm, however there was no way to contact a human to explain this. From there they attempted to deliver it twice more from 12:30-14:30 Now they think "I no longer want my package" and I still can't get ahold of them to try and make this right before they return it to the sender.

        Absolutely shocking. By far the worst courier company out there. Even the name change hasn't helped (Hermes). If there was an option for 0 stars I would of given it AVOID!!!
