I'm a regular customer, and this time round the cookie dough was all squashed, & called to complain and told it must of been me as they gave it a perfect round condition. I was explained that my husband drove so I held the parcels on my lap so it wasn't thrown around on car. Also the dough was undercooked as had to re cook in airfryer. She said shouldn't of let the dough leave if it was undercooked. I'm a regular customer that's had cookie plenty of time. Then went on to say they using new cookie dough mix so maybe softer than previous one. Said the dish was totally bent on both side so was that me too. To be told at 10pm that the owner can call me back in 2 hours but won't issue a refund or give another one. I won't be coming back. Not good customer service.
