Hi reader, This honest feedback is mainly for T.k.Maxx's Operations and Strategic department; customers are welcome to read it. Please do not forget to read N.B. mentioned below: If there is an option not to put a "0" Star, I was probably select that. Their customer service by their MANAGER is shocking! I went to this store the day before yesterday (29 Apr at Gallions Reach store) and bought two expensive handbags for my wife and sister; however, one of the bags needed a dust cover. I requested the Customer Assistant Laura to find the dust cover, as it is part of the product I am buying, or can I have any excess dust cover, which my wife could be used to save from dust in her closet, or she (Laura) can ask for a courtesy discount if possible but not necessary. I requested to speak to the Manager. But the Front Line Manager (I do not know his name was on duty just after lunch, he refused even to show up) did not help nor manage a dust cover for the bag, which is absolutely part of the product. On top of that, he was so rude (relay by Laura, the Customer Assistant, who served me well). He didn't even show up to me with any explanation or provide any spare cover (but was walking at the store); instead of a discount, they kept the total amount by selling me incomplete products. If there were more products of that item, I would take it, but those two were the last at their store, which I liked. N. B. - I usually do not write extensive reviews due to time-consuming matters; however, from a loyal customer prospect, I thought I should write down on behalf of other customers who will not be cheated (technically by selling incomplete products to me) by their (T.k.Maxx) front line manager, store Manager, and Customer Service Assistants. I honestly do not blame them (the store staff) - but I blame the Front Line Manager, Area Operations Manager of T.k.Maxx, or whoever is at the Operations and Strategic level; they don't have any idea how the T.k.Maxx staffs behave and serve their customers, and beneath they damaging T.k.Maxx's reputation and misselling the product to the customer with a total price, which can count a fraud (wrong/ incomplete product).
