I was quickly getting two items for evening dinner. I had a few small coins in pocket, so I dropped them in the paying machine and trying to pay the rest by Apple Pay. Somehow the machine started to change pages automatically, eventually shut down and restarted itself.(New machines they recently installed)
I ask the lady to assist, after a brief conversation, she basically just said sorry nothing she can do, with a rushing attitude. While it was not at all busy. No solution, not even a proper attitude.
So I took a deep breath, asked her if there is a manager who might knows better about the new machines.
She was impatient, after afew minutes, the manager came. I repeated what happened. His response was worse and unbelievablehe said what I said couldnt have happened. !!!!!! So was I lying? .!!!!!!
Eventually, the lady came in over again and asked my number and said can call me if they find the money.
My TIME also lost.
Plus, I m costing MORE TIME to write this comment.
(I ve been using this shop since it firstly opened, always was good. Today, is unbelievable)
