        10 out of 10. Went there today to change. My toothbrush and headphones had no problems. The guy was very helpful and help me fix my toothbrushes . in the end, it was the plug that was faulty that I had brought from another shop.

        Worst experience ever the manager and the staff were extremely rude. Miserable staff and manager take their anger out on customers. The guy behind the till has anger issues and the manager covers him with her rude voice not knowing anything. Lacking professionalism instead helping by shouting and screaming and blaming customers. Just awful.
