What a great dentist. Always very helpful. I had an issue with my teeth that was overlooked by another dentist and Dr. Lai has been a true profesional resolving my issue that others did not diagnose. Thank you!

Most ridiculous dentist ever they run a cowboy service where policies are implemented as when they late. Firstly the girls there expect for one have no idea and the owners do as they please. They don't listen to their customers I'm not sure what kind of service they run but this place needs to shut down.

Don't register for this dentist if you have a child that is not walking no buggies allowed this dentist is not child friendly. Had to leave my buggy in Iceland. Dentist is really nice but he's receptionist she does not have a clue. Took my toddler to get his teeth checked for the first time I booked appointment receptionist is asking me what am I doing here I was shock I complain to the dentist but I doubt if he had a word with his receptionist. Receptionist needs to be trained.
