Kingston Smile Studio Dentistry & Aesthetics

Superb practice and team! Very happy! I recently visited Kingston Smile Studio for a check up and treatment with much apprehension as I hadn't been to see a dentist for quite some time. Parking was easy right outside and I completed my check-in and the medical form on my phone which was very easy. The moment I stepped into the reception I was greeted with a warm welcome by the friendly staff. I felt very much at ease instantly. The dentist Samantha explained everything to me very clearly using photographs and xrays, and discussed the treatment plan with me in depth. She was very gentle and caring pausing her procedures to see how I was feeling. The tooth coloured fillings I had were a perfect colour and looked like the natural tooth! I can actually say that it was a pleasant experience and I will certainly be going back to get some cosmetic and aesthetic work including teeth whitening! Would most definitely recommend to everyone.

Really friendly, helpful staff. No waiting time after we arrived. Were great with my small kids who had their first visit. They were reassured and made to feel comfortable. Service was excellent and actually enjoyed my visit rather than dreading it.

My husband and I had a fantastic first experience at Kingston Smile Studio and we will certainly be returning for any future dentistry requirements. From a practical perspective, the practice is easy to get to and has parking directly outside which is fantastic. All COVID rules were followed perfectly so we felt safe and well protected. The receptionist was extremely welcoming and reassuring for a nervous patient like myself, taking the time to get to know us and why I am not usually a fan of visiting the dentist! The dentist Sam, clearly explained what they were going to do every step of the way and checked throughout my treatment how I was doing, giving me the opportunity to ask for a few minutes to compose myself and she did not rush at all, taking her time, which made me feel very comfortable. I would HIGHLY recommend visiting Kingston Smile Studio, we have had fantastic results from Sam's dentistry and felt very happy and comfortable throughout the experience!

I went to Kingston Smile Stuido on 18th May for a botox treatment in two areas. The practice is immaculately presented and totally covid secure. Dr Steer and her staff were kind, welcoming and totally professional for my entire visit. Dr Steer talked through the entire procedure with me, including any side effects and also after care. I felt confident in her ability and relaxed and prepared for the procedure. I look forward to going back to the clinic for more work in the future -cannot recommend highly enough!
