My family have been going to this dental practice for many years. We have always been very happy with our dental treatment that is carried out with professionalism & care. All treatment options are fully discussed before proceeding ensuring decisions are made together. We appreciate having access to such a high standard NHS dentist.

I've changed my rating. Whilst I was getting visual check ups, everything was going well. Attempted to have a permanent filling a few months ago and had to go back 3 three times within 3 months to allow the dentist to go over it and do it properly, the matter still isn't resolved. I called the receptionist on the 4th attempt to make a complaint but never got a callback. I have forwarded a complaint to NHS England to see If they can make sense of the situation as they understand the patient is not always treated with care. I haven't got time and money to waste. I've noticed in the reply below that there is no reason for not calling back. I may have only paid once but I shouldn't have had to go back 3 times and still after that feel some slight sensitivity. It was never done properly. I went to another dentist and she told what type of filling I should have had and it's not the one I was given at dental wizards.

Dental Wizards provide a professional and friendly service. Multi-channel reminders are very effective so you don't miss an appointment. The only downside is that the service is too busy, and you may not be able to see a doctor when you need it urgently.
