The Glow Dentistry team is friendly,professional and knowledgeable. They were helpful and accommodating when guiding me through the Invisalign process. It was always a pleasure to come in and I am very happy with the results. Would highly recommend !

The most professional dentist visit I've had. Jay walked me through the entire consultation and afterwards gave me the most complete picture I could get of my current dental health leaving me confident of its status and Jay's capabilities to spot potential current and future problems. Afterwards I was advised on how to best proceed without being pressured to book extra appointments straightaway which is refreshing from other clinics and respectful.

I am very concerned about the major abrupt and non-compassionate militant telephone conversation I had with one of your staff members, apparently who also turned out to be the clinic's manager. His name is Ivan? I have been coming to your clinic over a year now, and never had an issue, apart from the last time when your hygienist was late for approx 3 hours. I called today to cancel the appointment which I have on 22nd of July 2022, and this manager of yours forced me to give a reason for cancellation, I was told that without the reason they can not cancel the appointment, and charges may occur on to my account. So, to get a better understanding and see if I might have missed anything on the reminder email which I received on 20th July 2022 Which I have not because there is no cancellation policy stated, However, his advice to me was to check my email from 22nd of April 2022, so why would you send the policy on 22nd april and reminder on 20th of july 2022?

I had two wisdom tooth extraction at the clinic, felt a little discomfort at first but Dr Mitul was a highly professional and amazing doctor that made the whole procedure very comfortable and bearable. I have witnessed he has extensive longterm experience through his impeccable work during my procedure. I really recommend Glow dentistry, very satisfied.
