I'm having to take these jokers to the General Dental Council. Don't trust positive Google reviews; This practice is oversubscribed, customer service has severely dropped. Long waiting times are the norm & they DESPISE free NHS treatment.
The dentist VALENTINA BARBIEURU forced me into getting POOR treatment I DIDN'T NEED DONE(confirmed by another dentist). She was incredibly careless & rough. It appears as though she wasn't trained very well.
Practice manager (VILIA) was very unskilled at resolving complaints and did not return my calls.
The only good thing about the practice is the hygienist Angela who did a great job, was very calm, attentive, explained everything and cleaned thoroughly. Angela thank you for the great work that you do!
The moral of the story is DON'T ALWAYS TRUST GOOGLE REVIEWS! I couldn't believe the treatment would be so poor, when it's rated 4.5.
