Hainault Gentle Dental Surgery

This is by far the best dentistry service I and my family have ever received. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Our experience here under the care of Dr Vince Chen was exceptional. Julie, the front desk manager is extremely polite, kind and welcoming! The knowledge, care and attention given makes me and my family members feel so at ease. I would highly recommended this clinic to everyone!

I've been with Ravi for at least 15 years. When he left his previous practice it took me a couple of years to find him again at Hainault. Always meticulous. Always good advice. Always first rate care. Absolute confidence in his judgement.

My dentist is very kind, gentle and patient. Also he listens to your problem without any rush. I would recommend to go to him if your teeth needs looking after.

I've been taking my children to this dental practice for routine check ups for a few years now, we've always received excellent service here. Unfortunately my son has been needing frequent treatment and check ups for the past 4 months due to trauma to his tooth and the team at the surgery have really gone above and beyond to make sure he is as comfortable as possible. They always fit us in whenever we need an emergency appointment. Dr. Ravi is amazing, he always puts my son at ease, explains what needs to be done and he is happy to answer any questions we have. Julie on the front desk is lovely, very friendly and helpful. I am grateful to the team for all their efforts and for making these past few months a little less stressful!
