Picardy Street Dental Practice

The dentists might be good here, however first impressions from the receptionists is appalling!!! When called to book appointment was told off that I can't take the first appointment offered(for them not knowing the reasons-me having had recent surgery and therefore not being able to go in this same day). Then although it says it opens at 9am, was told to return at 9.30 as they are not open yet!!! And then making comments on my way out-"It's not my problem you are early". So I guess they would rather have their patients come late! I wasn't expecting to be seen earlier, but they could just offer to the patient to take a sit and wait the time for the appointment(which I was korw tha happy to wait for). They need to invest in some customer training as the receptionists are the first people you meet/speak with.

This practice has mannerless receptionists. Spoke to me in such a horrible demeanour when i was interested in making an appointment. I wouldnt bother coming here.

Receptionist was very rude and impolite. Would not recommend.

Would definitely recommend. Have not seen a dentist for a few years due to nerves. Sundeep made me feel at ease and I even managed to have my tooth out and didn't even feel the injection. Excellent service thank you
