I have been coming to Ecladent for 2 years . Sam was personally recommended to me for tear trough fillers to the eye area. She thoroughly explained the procedure, and fully reassured me throughout- she has an excellent bedside manner. I have been very pleased with the result. More recently I have had had Invasalign to straighten my smile, and despite this being quite a difficult case, I have had excellent results within only 8 months. Sam has also done other dental work for me- root canal, crown etc, and I have so much faith in her, I have now entirely transferred my dental care to her, and it is worth a 1.5 hour journey for piece of mind. She is a very skilled cosmetic dentist, who I thoroughly recommend , particularly to anyone who is nervous of dental procedures. Joanna Orpington

My second visit on 06.02.2023 hoping this time the things will be right, same problem with the pricing, most of the prices different from the website on the reception. No one informs about any changes . This time also i got a treatment plan that looks incomplete compared with a second treatment plan done from another Clinique. I've been also charged for a OPG Panoral 90 without telling me before if i need it or not and also the cost of it . Check prices before and confirm. Good day.

On my 17/10/2022 visit i had a bad experience with this Clinique. I booked an appointment for a routine examination guided by their website prices. After the exam I've been charged much more than what their website shows. They just told me the website is not updated and they have another website with the right prices, i ask them to show but the prices again not updated. After arguing with them they offer a refund credit for my next visit , fair enough but horrible experience with the stuff. If choosing this Clinique just be careful at what you pay, check before with them even if this is again their job to do, just inform before. Good day.

Sam works magic! A friend had been seeing Sam for a while and looked fantastic, which prompted me to book. Im amazingly happy, shes taken years off me and what a truly lovely lady too. She took so much time explaining how things work, understating my concerns and doesnt sell in things that arent needed. I just wish Id come sooner!
