I received very good attention from doctor Andrew. He is very professional doctor and thank you very much for your receptionist as well. Very polite ,nice and kind person. God bless you so much. You do very professional job.

Have been trying to get through to their clinic for the past few days and today to register as an NHS patient with no success. Each time, I'm forwarded to their voicemail because staff are busy. I've left a VM and had no response. How on earth can I get through?? The reviews on here seem positive, so I can't see why there isn't a single receptionist that can pick up at least one of my calls. Seems highly unprofessional. And I'll keep my rating to 1 star unless there is any further updates. Otherwise I'll have to go elsewhere. EDIT: After managing to get through to the clinic via email I received a response that mentioned they couldn't trace my call record. I have the call history on my phone but it doesn't matter now as eventually someone did call me back. The receptionist I spoke to was friendly and helpful, and registered me in as a new patient. I'm upped the rating to 3 stars now to keep as a "neutral" review and will probably update again after my first appointment.
