I would like to rise the complaint about the receptionist as she has been very rude to me and she makes you lose a lots of costumers with her very bad behavior And I advise you should get ride of her before you lose all costumers

I am very disappointed with them as they didnt do the referral for an extraction for me, they just lied to me and treated me as a foolish Because I was waiting but nothing was done, I was going crazy from the extremely hard pain since 5 months pregnant (April 2022) and they did the referral now ( February 2023) and I get an appointment on June 2023, I called the place whether they supposed to do the referral and they confirmed that they never received a referral from Jazz Dental for me (myself) , I dont know how do they feel leaving people getting crazy from the toothache (infection) for such a long time

I don't usually leave reviews on this kind of website but wanted to record the outstanding care I have received at this practice today and over the 40+ years registered here. The dentists have changed over the years but the care I have received has always been excellent. Thank you.

I am very disappointed in this dentist practise. I was experiencing face pain and hence unwell so did not want to go far for a check up directed by my doctor as part of my health investigations. I picked this practice as nearest to home. Firstly I cannot believe the non transparency of cost and structure of service. Upon registering I shared personal details and did not receive xray reports paid for, no confirmation email of works completed, no confirmation of appointment or who i will be seen by and no documentation of guarantees etc. I was seen for 5mins at the initial consultation where xrays were taken and charged a deposit of 53 to later be booked for 2 fillings and a hygienist intensive clean for 65 (private) costing a total of 120. I didnt mind paying but i wasn't once described what I was receiving as part of the service, only to realise the intensive clean was far from intensive, a 5min scrape down and the most painful experience i have ever had for a clean and that was almost all I was going to receive until I questioned whether a polish was included. The polish then was applied which was the most basic experience and far from intensive again. I wasnt even told explicitly when the session had ended, I had to ask to confirm which was the strangest closing to an end of a session. My fillings are silver. Again i was not informed. Every dentist I have attended since the age of 10 has only ever given me white fillings. I actually recall making a mockery of metal fillings in the 80s. If this was to be applied I should have been told. I wasnt even given a choice or shown the inside of my mouth on completing the work. Overall very poor experience aside from the friendly apologetic receptionist Ann who took the time to capture my feedback and relay it according to my preference. Lets hope no one else has to go through what I did. A professional practice always provides guides, menu of choices in documentation format/digital, lets you know who you will be seen by, their experience and length in service, how long your appointment will approx last, explained in detail what xrays are showing, next steps and costing described, works completed to high standards and documentation confirmation of works completed, proactive feedback requested in the moment, fond farewell and a lasting impression where you would want to return and recommend the business. (I strongly recommend Tooting Bec Dental Practise for professionalism from top to toe consistently - I should have stuck to them)

I found the dentist and her assistants to be professional and through. Equally, Ann S. At reception is a godsend. Professional while being warm and engaging making a dreaded experience far easier.
