At the end of September (29.09.22) I bought 8 packs of flour (4 different brands) in two brands (Amato & Manitoba) I found worms in them. I only realised after already used few of them and after sifting the flour otherwise you couldnt see it. I have contacted the shop and explained showing pictures and videos. Their answer was only that they checked but theres no contamination and refunded me 1.99 which I wasnt expecting any money back I only wanted them to investigate and let the people who bought the same product know about this problem because I baked it for my kids and I feel so bad and disgusted I didnt check it earlier. Initially the gentleman on the phone seemed sorry and promised theyd investigate further, also offered me a 20 voucher. Later on, in response to my review they tried to blame the client on where they are storing the products instead of assuming the responsibility of what happened. Ps. I will never use their voucher, Id rather lose it than buy other products from their store.

Disgusting. After long years of buying products here, in my last order I have found worms and insect in the Amato flour (wasnt expired yet) this is totally unacceptable. The customer service refunded me with 1.99 ridiculous. I have sent videos and pics. Please check always the flour as its very hard to recognise the contamination

Prices are good but the experience with the company and the delivery is being awful . I ordered my food 17 days ago and Im still waiting for it . The customer service replies to my email just when I get very upset and every time I check the tracking number on DHL website is INVALID. Basically my parcel doesnt exist . Not professional at all . If you dont want to get furious I recommend to use other Italian food website that can delivery food to you in less than 24 h sometimes . Its unacceptable in 2023 a situation like this .
