Twisty Tails Day Care Nursery Colindale

Collindale - The nursery and staff are fantastic. I can't thank them enough for taking such good care of my son while he was in the toddlers. The entire team of Twisty Tails deserves special recognition. Highly recommended for Nursery School here in Collindale

Decent nursery and suitable for basic childcare. I was happy my son was in a safe environment and it was not overcrowded like others in the area. It offered an NHS discount which was useful. It's more of a day care rather than a nursery as I don't feel like there was much education for children or interaction with parents. We sometimes got pictures and daily reports with food and nappy changes. The teddy bear picnic was forgotten about by staff and they said they would rearrange but again this was forgotten. Like I said I felt safe leaving my son here but knew he wouldn't be getting anything additional. No special events around Easter or Chinese New year etc. I only received things my son had made when we left the nursery. Would have been nice to have him come home with whatever he made during the week instead of months later. This was for the colindale branch so can't comment for others. We've moved to a nursery closer to our home and my son is much happier and talking lots more. I wouldn't recommend leaving your child here for more than a few months.

An awful nursery with an awful manager. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILD DONT SEND THEM THERE!!

Dont send your children there, this is the worst nursery Ive ever seen. They have very little resources so the children are bored and unhappy. The food that is served to the children is so disgusting a lot of them wont eat it. Also, the manager Siobhan is a very miserable and nasty person. The place is not worth the money and should close down, the children deserve better.
