Shining Stars Day Nursery

The manager at this nursery was warm and welcoming and constantly trying to improve things at this nursery. The baby room is lovely, the staff were always smiling and it was a pleasure to send my children there. They were extremely flexible and understanding given our situation which is rare in our experience.

Amazing professional and kind staff, perfect place since our baby boy started at 5 months old. Very professional. We feel so safe to leave our son with them. Yummy food!! He is now 2 years old and live this place like family.

years ago this place was wonderful and my daughter absolutely loved her time there. now knowing that this kindergarten was a great place for my daughter, I decided to send my son there. Unfortunately, this time I have nothing positive to say about this preschool. the staff is not fully trained, animations for children are not what they used to be with the sofi - the previous professionala animation lady , the manager said it was too expensive so she hired her friend without any qualifications to work with children. Staff it wasn't aprochable, ive been there for two weeks with my child for settling and nobody came sort of up front to my child to make him like this place . It was his first time and he required a little bit more attention just to help him settle well and easy - this didn't happend .Nobody came to him like 'cmone lets play' .The only person which was friendly playfully and aprochable for my child was Mila - shes there since my daughter was going to this nursery back in 2018 and shes absolutely amazing lady shes the only one there who really was interested to help my child to settell well . I would like to say also a few words about Suri-Manager. She's only interested in money not your child. I've been told this morning by her that my child is only on 15h free preschool education and basically she doasnt make much money out of him so if im not happy with this place i can take him away rather then trying to be nice to me and help me clear any doubts she decided to tell me to take my child away . Absolutely awful attitude, very rude . She just opened the door for me on goodbye and shut them behind me without saying a word . Im very disappointed this time , Manager should either change her attitude or manager should be replaced with someone's better then her . This is my recent opinion about this nursery and manager. If other parent's are happy with this place im glad as sending ur child to nursery you gotta be happy with it not worried and gotta be sure this place is the right one . For us this time unfortunately it wasn't good luck everyone!

Im overjoyed with the staffs at Shining Stars because theyre all friendly and welcomed my son with an open arms. No matter the type of morning/day hes having, they know exactly what to do to turn his frown into a smile. Every morning he wakes up hes asking to go to nursery, he calls it Sashas house. He loves his Aunty Suri, Aunty Sasha and Aunty Marcia Wish I could give a million stars, shining stars is superb

Fantastic nursery! Fantastic staff! Fantastic resources! Staff communicate with parents frequently - so I know how my little one is doing! Would highly highly recommend!
