My mother in law had a fall the carer couldn't gain access but failed to notify us. Carers regularly fail to turn up and the management is incompetent. Use a different agency. This one is hopeless.

Starcare UK is a reputable company. I am please with the way their carers attend to their services users. They are very polite and always willing to go the extra mile for their service users The office staffs are also very professional especially their Registered Manager, Ms Patience. I recommend this Agency to anyone looking for a care agency that brings you peace of mind.

In one word USELESS. Never turn up anywhere near the times weve asked for. The management are no where to be seen every time you ring up. The carers argue in front of there clients and talk in a foreign language in front of her. Im her partner but I have to work to to help pay for all her care which only a premiership footballer could afford to pay. so the least they can do is be on time.

This company are useless, they rough and they stole my dads wedding ring very poor service be very careful. Do not choose this company. They don't care about elderly people and there lucky I don't name the person who stole my dads ring she knows who she is
