I had a very bad experience MSE freight. Poor communication around expected timescale and hidden lat minute cost. This all culminated in an employee swearing at me over text along with a number of other passive aggressive texts. The person was made aware the text was inappropriate and given the opportunity to apologies, but chose not to.

dom and his team at mse turned my bmw pipe dream into a california reality! they held my hand through the entire process end to end from england all the way to sunny orange county. finding a shipping company you can do business with, let alone trust with your precious baby, is like finding a needle in a haystack. but thanks to dom and mse, it was a piece of cake. i would trust them shipping my own mom home to me.

Arranged for a Classic car to go abroad to new buyer. Buyer and I very cautious after having been scammed by different transporters and having our time wasted. When we finally found a transporter who seemed trustworthy, they recommended we use MSE Freight for the customs clearance. Everything that would and wouldn't happen, and what was best was explained to us clearly on the phone and we had total confidence throughout the process. Thanks Maks Edit: Months after the car was exported, very long story short there was an issue with the DVLA (through no fault of ours) resulting in Enforcements sending me fines. I decided to appeal the fines and contacted Maks again for help. Within minutes he knew exactly what to do and sent me through the export certificate. This was sent to DVLA and the Enforcements were dropped. So thanks again, lifesaver!
