Ruislip Currency

Wont be using this shop again. The man behind the counter is not upfront about all his specific procedures to purchase foreign currency. Wants cash over debit card payments. Has to be a minimum purchase of 200. Wants photographic ID. Doesnt take Apple Pay. Just wants to send everyone off to the cash point. All a bit dodgy to me. Avoid!! Went somewhere else in the end and received much better service without all the faff!

I went to Ruislip Currency because they offered the best rate for Euros. On my return home I realised that I had mislaid an envelope with a substantial amount of money in it. Unfortunately, by this time, the shop was closed so I could not call or return to see if my money had been handed in. I did not hold out much hope but decided to email them just incase. Imagine my surprise to find out that one of the staff had in fact found the envelope and had handed it in. I am so grateful for the honesty of the staff - it is so uplifting to know that there are such trustworthy people around. Thank you Ruislip Currency- I will definitely be using your services again.

Best exchange rate that came up on Google search and I also checked with other companies by walking in on the same day. Got considerably more for my Swiss Francs that I wanted to change into Sterling then at any other place including my own bank. Charles was very pleasant to deal with, very friendly. I talked to him on the phone first to confirm the good rates I saw online. This is the place I will go in the future should I want to change from a foreign currency into . A highly recommended place indeed.....
