        They give worst rate in the area. We were advise by Harrow staff to do it on line. We tried and were not able to. So we rung HO nd were told by Connor to go at the Harrow's shop nd everything would b sorted. We had ID nd B/C as already in their database, they asked for pay slip(we are retired) travel tickets, reason for trip, we had IDs. Connor at H.O is the worst. We wanted 4 currencies for (Bahrain dinar, Jordan dinar, Qatar riyal, UAE dirham, Oman riyal) tot 1250. We were advised by Connor to go to Harrow nd they would take care there. Once there we could not because od their demands. An African ciuple next to us were changing $3000 nd no questions asked about where the money came from, just haggling theexchange rate . I'm not buying your reply. We got what we wanted just round the corner @ CCE Money Exchange Station Road, ID nd B/C required nd top service provided.

        RIPOFF merchant. I checked rates on their website, small print said 'RATES IN BRANCH MAY DIFFER' is a misrepresentation, a reasonable assumption I made was ok, so I wont get 73.74 pence quoted online for my $100 MIGHT GET 70. Got to the branch and the amount I was given is 62. Thats a significant amount difference. so your website should state "RATES IN BRANCH ARE SIGNIFICUNTLY HIGHER". You wasted my time, journey and money. I will be approaching trading standards. If you are unable to conduct business without being underhanded, you should shut down. When I complained to the agent in branch, she said I will put you in 1000 prize draw. I told her no thanks, wont be doing business with NM Money again. On top of that they have the audacity to say they are here to save you money. HAHAHAHA what a joke.
