        Too slow, big queue any time.

        Understaffed, and yet the ones working are moving at a glacial pace. Completely ignoring of the fact that the queue is often packed to the entrance. Also limited services available, saw a notice saying no QR returns due to shortage of printing labels. Completely useless, should just close the branch and utilise the space for better infrastructure.

        Had to send a simple letter. They have one counter open and you have to wait in a long queue with people having more complex postage items. The self service devices are there but off. Very inefficient place. Never again
