RECORDER DHARMESH PATEL - ABSOLUTELY SHAMBOLIC. Lied that I kicked a screen in court - disgusting animal. I was asked to get the transcripts to show he lied & nothing was done & hes still a solicitor. He should be sacked ALMOST A DOZEN HEARINGS. Didnt listen, ignored the man, cost the mother circa 40k & was then shown a project management plan showing he was 100% wrong & then tried to be even more toxic

No stars in fact minus stars if possible . This court just does not work making it impossible to get justice.I have been in person and handed in forms which are lost and I have no recourse.A disfuctioning disarster which could ruin your life

They are a pernicious biased organisation that destroys children's homes and father-child relationships. The judges are biased in favour of mothers; whatever the allegations mothers make, they believe it is true; mothers are innocent until proven guilty, whereas fathers are guilty until proven innocent; they will never see mothers as evil, using innocent children as ammunitions to live their luxurious life while the father pays for CMA. watch out for this ginger haired evil judge Cooper, she is rude biased in favour of the mother as they believe women are always the victims, the work along with another evil family separating organisation Cafcass. They are never fair, always believe men are bad when women are equally capable of doing bad, and they only stand up for their own kind (women) because their agenda is to help women live off men's earnings when they are divorced by men because of the evil they do. You may judge people because of your current position of power and take sides with your own kind, but one day the tables will be turned where you will be judged on the judgement you have made for breaking and separating all the children's family for being biased in mothers favour. The Western system encourages women to use their own children as a weapon against their ex for divorcing them and living off of them. I wish that all parents do not go through this evil biased corrupt system, and instead worked out your differences between both parents as adults, thinking about the innocent child in the middle who does not deserve separation from their parents, rather than your own selfish greedy needs. They always say equal rights, but when it comes to women, they are never equal. I pray for all the children who have been separated from their families by this evil system and brainwashed by their mothers to have understanding and to see when they frown up with an open heart, because there is never only one way to tell a story.
