Thank you to Callum and team for the great job with our shipment. Callum was super professional, efficient and kept us in the loop from beginning to the end. A special mention for Zak, the driver that was punctual and handled our painting very professionally. Will use them again in the future. Highly recommended

I have used Pack & Send many times before with no issues. This time it was anxiety-inducing to say the least. I do not understand the reason for a package to be lying for 6 days before its shipped. Even if I include the long weekend, it was still just waiting to be shipped for almost 3 days. What bothered me the most was that I was simply lied to about the shipping date on the day I dropped the parcel and again over an anxious call after the promised shipping date had passed. The sharing of payment information and other details were haphazard too. Too bad I will now have to look for a different service.

Truly terrible service. They simply send your items via DHL and once they have taken your money, they take no interest in whether your goods get to their destination. They ended up costing me 2700 euros in duty charges which I did not need to pay due to their lack of interest and knowledge of where they ship too. Do not use this service!!

Adam was incredibly, helpful, with great communication and made sure my delivery was sent in the best condition possible at the best price too. So very helpful. It can be a bit nerve wracking sending expensive packages abroad, yet any concerns were melted away with such a professional organisation.
