        The worst shipping company in the world. I paid import fees on Wednesday this week, and after I made the payment I just notice that ,that is not my parcel, the staff work in UPs mess up the information,and I paid 42.62 for another person I dont know but live in the same address as me. I dont have any parcel with UPs, but when I called UPs, they still take the amount of money without checking. After that,I called UPs customer service roughly 20 times, each time they says differently. Today, they said they need the parcel tracking number, however, I dont have the number, because that is not my parcel. They said the only way is talk to the shipper who shipped the parcel from America. Finally, I just want to wish other people who is using UPs dont get such terrible experience as me.
