How is this company allowed to operate? Its near to a scam. They lie about attempts made to deliver. There is no option on the website or phone line for not receiving a package or no card delivered to the house to show that the delivery has been attempted. So it basically denies the fact the drivers dont make attempts. Its not even an option, they are so deluded and confident their drivers make attempts that there is no option to report false attempts made. Claiming an attempt to deliver must be illegal in some sense?

Worse place ever to find, bus service drop off so far away can easily get lost if you don't know the area like I did, only one person serving who told people she's only a Saturday person, at least 6 people in front of me waited almost an hour before I got served

USELESS. I had to pay custom charges, their website has not been working for about three weeks now. They are sending my parcel back now, no one answers the phone, unable to speak to a human being, overall the worst experience ever the staff are not helpful at all, this company should be closed down

I have had a extremely poor experience today with this company. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my delivery it got postponed by the supplier and now the driver out right lied saying he attempted to deliver my parcel but I have no slip and my door bell didn't pick up anything and my security cameras have no evidence of this the "attempted delivery " If there is a manager that see this my tracking number is TF9071857 I would like a call ASAP
