Ridiculously short opening hours, just 8am-10am most days. Shambles!

Very rude and aggressive staff in charge. Constant failures to deliver my parcels are somehow my fault, despite their incompetence. Would rate 0 stars if I could, avoid at all costs

Went to collect a package which I had arranged for redelivery not realising what the item was. Prior to attending the office was on the phone for 30 mins before they cut me off, posted on twitter, basically impossible to speak to a human being. Saw on on the website that I could pick up package 2 days before redelivery from the collection office - there was no mention that i had to let the office know. Eventually the package was brought out by a lovely woman, who apologised for the delay, a rude man with long hair piped up in a very rude, aggressive tone that I should have told the counter that it was a redelivery, perhaps its a question that needs to be asked in the first place or advertised at the counter. Did not even going into the fact that the postman did not knock and was in went the card was left. Would have given 0 for the service, but the woman at the counter was lovely and as a result gets 2 stars.
