next day delivery , 1 week later, and yet nothing delivered. How bad you suppose to be, to fail deliveries in UK, UK to UK, week+ and nothing, CARL nothing!!!

Would give 0 if allowed!! This is my 2nd experience of this company, my 1st experience, the company I had ordered from , refunded my money as I had no hope the goods would be delivered following liaising via phone , email etc so fast forward to today , my son ordered a bike , paid delivery of 43 for overnight delivery, yes youve guessed it , the bike did not arrive !! Same old chestnut they allegedly attempted to deliver no one at home , which is untrue !! They just tell partner companies/ customer this as they are unable to meet the overnight deadline, tried calling - no reply , I have emailed still awaiting a response, I have contacted the company who the bike was bought from , they also had no luck!! Lets see if the delivery turns up tomorrow, if not looks like another refund. Just a suggestion, if APC are the named company for delivery, you live in the South London area Trans UK Logistics Ltd will be your carrier, cancel your order , it will save you so much stress , buy from companies who use delivery companies who have standards. Thanks
