        If I've missed a delivery because I work during the day how am I going to get it with these opening times? I guess I'll see you on Saturday (if you decide to actually open)

        They are open whenever they feel like being open. Do not trust any opening times you see anywhere. Tried to pick up a parcel on 4 seperate days at different times - each time they were closed. Absolutely ridiculous. Does this place EVER open?

        Never open when they are meant to be open. Went to pick up a parcel at 9am sat morning (open 8-12) and surprise surprise its shut... again.

        Not a good experience for me as I went to collect a parcel for my son. Very slow counter service with an already short opening time window I was told that my photo driving licence ID was insufficient as although my surname was the same I needed something with an address. Useless, how else could I have the failed delivery card which was posted through the letterbox.
