        Not the best reception Ive had from a shop. Dropped off a parcel and was 5mm too long and got a lecture with attitude when other parcel shops take in the parcels without measuring to the millimetre. Also been told parcels that have missed a delivery are not to be re-directed to them as they dont except them but hermes service still shows as an option.

        Hermes should never allow this place to be associated with them, an absolute disgrace. I have never met anyone so rude as the lady behind the counter. She should not be allowed to interact with people. Never seen a smile on her face or heard anything nice from her. If you collecting or dropping Hermes parcel, you are not a customer, only people paying are customers - her words. She will tell you to stay outside no matter if it's pouring rain, cold or hot, you are not a customer. Avoid at all costs!
