    Terrible service. They delivered a parcel to my property, took photo and then took parcel back with them. My cctv can verify this. I've tried phoning endless times but no answer and emailing several times with no response. The phone number on the card they left me is invalid. The card doesn't even have a consignment number on it. I give up.

    My parcel is missing They did not call me, they did not deliver it and its saying delivered to a safety box and its a Christmas Tree for almost 300 pounds I called them and they did not want to call even the driver Just horrible.. I cant understand why companies are working with such a companiesCustomer Service 0

    Terrible. Delivery turned up last week with something missing. Booked for redelivery yesterday. Email stated the package had been delivered and theres nothing. Theyve told Wickes that its been delivered, but no evidence of anything signed for/ picture. Defo foul play going on with drivers in this company

    Got an email at 8:20 saying "Out for delivery". Waited, waited and waited. By 3pm Nothing. Tried to find depot info for an update at 3:00, as I had to pick up my son by 4:30. Found a number, which was answered after about 15 minutes, to be told "Delivery is any time between 8am and 6pm, and they couldn't give me an exact ETA! Was told to call the supplier where I made purchase, to be told, Tuffnells DONT give ETA'S, and if there was nobody in when item was delivered, they would have to re-book a delivery time, and it would cost me another 15!! VERY VERY POOR SERVICE FROM TUFNELLS, THAT THEY CANT EVEN SAY AM OR PM DELIVERY! Will check the delivery company next time I order something online, and if its Tuffnells, I won't bother ordering. Have made a complaint with the company where I made purchase, that they should change courier company!!
