I've had braces for roughly three years, absolutely nothing has been done. Dr. Patel took over after Dr. Boon died,which was a complete waste of time considering that my appointments only last two minutes or less. And the waiting time to be booked in for the next appointment is 2-3 months, which is unacceptable as the braces must be checked every 6 weeks.I had another doctor for a brief amount of time who was correctly tightening my wires, but last time when I saw him , he had booking with Dr. Patel to took my braces off as he is the expert , which is not exactly what happened . I went for my appointment I got in the cabinet and Dr Patel look at my braces and the he check his pc to see if he can do it and then he just said I will remove your braces next time go see receptionist and book you in for removing, he not even check my braces or tightening my wires, but not even explaining nothing why I was booked if the appointment not happened and at reception the only next spot available was by the end of June , which is too long . Having Dr. Patel has been a complete waste of time; it appears that he get paid for nothing. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
