The hygienist was very understanding and lovely, was taking care of cleaning my teeth and double checking every now and then if I am okay when I would wince even slightly to the cleaning.

I have been with the dentist for years. Never come across any rude receptionist. I have never been spoken to by the previous receptionist the way I was today. I spoke to a receptionist today at 9.31am called Barbara if I recall correctly. She was so dismissive and didnt want to hear anything I wanted to say. She kept cutting me off and undermining me when I was trying to ask her something about booking MY appointment. Perfect smile you need to look into this and train this lady in some mannerisms. Every time I tried to get a word in edge way she would say Im trying to speak and continue. I wanted to book an appointment but I hung up because of the way she was speaking AT me.

I used to be content with this practise until they a) kept re-scheduling my appointments b) left me waiting 25mins for one of their re-scheduled appointments just for me to lose my deposit of 30 at my next appointment when I was 9-10mins late. A call to discuss this unfair treatment and to be informed about their cancellation/ late policy ended in them being happy for me to leave as a long standing patient c) I saw different hygienists every time I went lately. My advice is dont bother going as they have not proven to treat their patients well to me. I am still owed 60 in refunds since January. I am having to chase and now they are not picking up the phone which I find very disappointing. - I have since received my full refund.
