        I just found out they will only see NHS patients from 10-3pm - do NHS patients not go to work? I would like to see your NHS contract when I am in next, as this is totally unheard of and unacceptable , I am truly shocked

        Awful customer service by the receptionist. They charged me 30 for "PPE" without mentioning this and blamed it on me for not asking if there was a charge for PPE in my appointment. Never going back again and don't recommend it to anyone.

        Surprised by all the positive reviews but I guess when you've had the same dentist for 20 years you don't know what else is out there. Like any dentist they can do the job but the customer service and experience is truly awful. Don't be fooled by the happy ones they've asked to write reviews for them (probably their own staff)

        The best experience I've had in the last 5 years ! Amazing customer service,the receptionist was really nice, she answer all of my questions, is very clean in the dentist's office. Dr. Chandan Mepani is really professional,he explained nicely to me what is more urgent to fix,he didn't try to take as much money from me;during my procedures he always payed attention at my needs ...i'm really happy to discover them,I'll go there in the future for sure.
