I have alot of anxiety about going to the dentist but they really handled the matter with care. I've never met such attentive and considerate staff. I was really touched by how patient they were with me and today I learnt what everyday healthcare SHOULD be like: personal, informative and non-judgemental. Thank you!

Money monger and neglecting dental clinic. I was referred there by 111 and they just didnt care about my treatment as Im not their enlisted patient. It was more like a touch and go as they will get 23.80 for sure. During my assessment dentist nurse recommended X-ray but the dentist didnt even bother to listen to me. She was keep referring me to go to my regular dentist as if she wont charge me for the treatment. If I would have an appointment with my regular dentist wouldnt bother to go their to make myself a victim of their shamble treatment. Eventually, her body language was quite negative. I dont know how she became a dentist with such a negative and money monging attitude towards patient. The treatment she has provided with a simple clean could have done it in my home and wasnt necessary for me to drive 1 hour to get such shady treatment. I would advice any emergency patient to avoid this clinic as they are reluctant to provide quality care and only up to money. Shame on them as for these sort of AQPs NHS is losing trust among people. I raised a complaint with NHS and my simple point is if you dont want to see any 111 emergency patient then be honest and transparent and stop robbing their money. Stop this lunacy.

The worst place you can be send from 111 emergency the people dont care abouth nothing and if u have a problem after procedure they dont care to give you any info absolutely rude and disgusting attitude AVOID AVOID AVOID
