Brooke and Wilde are a top quality bed company I have had the best service mattress and delivery Ive ever had tbh! Right from the off the service on the phone was perfect when I found out the mattress was reduced in price more than I payed a month or so after buying they even bought the price down to the new offer! The mattress was delivered with complete professionalism and care the delivery drivers let me know 30 mins before and told me on the phone failure is not an option! Now if that doesnt give you confidence in getting your mattress delivered in an old Victorian difficult to traverse stairs house than nothing does! Got it up took the old one away packaging to and placed it on the bed! We ordered a Perla in doubleIts out of this world never slept on anything so comfy from the get go! If youre not sure go for this over any other including the best that Simba can offer its the best of the best! Thanks to Lewis and the team for the your fantastic service!

I ordered a "Ultima" mattress on 18th Dec with a quoted 10-12 week lead time. It arrived in 9 weeks. It would have been a week earlier if the delivery company were in my area. I'm very happy. Excellent mattress. I had previously ordered a mattress from Noa Home, but had to cancel after waiting for 7 months and still nothing. I wish I knew about Brook & Wilde before. Their mattresses cost more, but pleased to be supporting British manufacturers and getting it on time.

I took delivery of the Elite mattress in September 2020. It was brilliant, just what I expected it to be. Within a year however, the mattress had sagged, leaving depressions on each side and a ridge in the middle. Another year on, the depressions are incredibly soft, to the point the wife sleeps in the spare bed on the old Eve mattress as its still going strong. I'm hanging on in there with this mattress as it cost a lot of money. More then the competition. The best part of the mattress now is 'the ridge' as it's as firm and supportive as it was originally but it's not like you can actually sleep on that bit. Overall I think the mattress is distinctly average. I'm disappointed that it's become so soft and ridged. A mattress should last a LOT longer.

I thought Brook & Wilde was a respectable company, but after dealing with them in different aspects, I'm not sure how they are still operating. First, the 200-day trial is a fake proposition once you request changing the mattress they sent you. I did experience that due to problems of firmness, the 200-day trial became a 10-day trial, which was not enough to test the mattress properly. Secondly, the operations and reliance on Regus lack the professional sense they want to give their customers with their so-called premium prices. I had multiple problems arranging a pickup of my first mattress and delivery of the second mattress due to Regus' inconsistent delivery schedules. Eventually, and after a long chain of emails, this was solved using a third-party courier. And this was a day away from a holiday planned, and I'd told the sales executives in advance. Third, I'm currently in a position to sell the mattress because I realized the mattress is not firm enough. But I've realized the 10-year guarantee is not transferable. How is that possible? The mattress is still the same. Forth and more importantly, they really don't care about the satisfaction of their customers. I've tried to ask them how to solve the firmness issue that is creating continuous back soreness without a proper response and avoiding any responsibility. In summary, please stay away from this company and choose wisely.

I purchased a mattress in the sale of December 21, I waited the 4 weeks before it arrived, communication with the delivery company was excellent, the mattress was duly delivered, Packaging removed left a couple of hours as advised by the delivery guys, made the bed and had a lovely sleep and did for 13 months. I was stripping the bed 7 weeks ago, when I noticed a bulge in the side wall of the mattress, I took a photo of and emailed it to customer services with an explanation.why ? I was emailed immediately with a sincere apology that a new mattress will be produced and despatched and a full exchange will take place, the mattress arrived on 17/3/2023, the same diligence was followed by the delivery guys. I am more than happy with the way this complaint was handled, I would certainly recommend and use Brooke & Wilde again.
