Ordered 2 vegan, gluten free cakes for my daughter's birthday. I ordered them a little late but didn't realise, so when they hadn't been shipped yet I emailed Elizabeth who then DROVE them down to me the next day to make sure they arrived on time. Thank you so much! They were delicious too.

Just purchased Cranberry, Pistachio & Orange Stollen for my Coeliac suffering better half. She is over the moon with this. Pre diagnosis, every Christmas, stollen was a necessary purchase. She loves this, the taste, the texture, everyrhing about it. She was not so happy with me spending 13 on amazon to get her it, but the fear before the first bite was worth it. As a once a year treat, I will be allowed to use the Amazon account again. 13 was worth the smiles, and she just left an Amazon 5* review.

Elizabeth makes gluten free and vegan cakes that taste amazing. I had one made for my wedding and everyone loved it :-)

Im not a vegan myself, and I was genuinely shocked at how delicious the vegan brownies and cakes were!! As for the gluten free element, you would never know, vegan or not! Highly recommend :)
