They had my email down for one of their customers (asuming) and have been emailing me. By the third email, I was pretty frustrated that they hadnt removed my email address. And yes, I did email back on the previous 2. I never received an automated message that my emails never went through either. I will give a 5 star rating once I stop receiving these dang emails from you guys. Thank you.

Hi , I'm absolutely appalled in the service received from shirley damira dental studios . My mother is in severe pain and the receptionist phoebe was no sympathetic at all , her manor and tone of voice was disgusting . She even used the phrase 'what' poor telephone communication. We received a call yesterday regarding my mother's appointment as there was a cancellation for today . ' Phoebe cannot confirm who cancelled the appointment but said ' someone has cancelled your mum's appointment . There has been a mix up with appointments but phoebe clearly believes we are lying and there was no ownership of a mistake on there behalf but she seems to think my mother has cancelled the appointment even though she is in AGONY ! . Why would she cancel an appointment . I never leave bad reviews but Its unacceptable to be treated like this . The way I have been spoken to and my mother is very shocking . Also if someone has called on behalf of my mother to cancel her appointment ?? Which is very odd this is a breach of GDPR . Phoebe seemed to think she could disconnect the call and was quick to threaten me with that as I raised my voice which im entitled too as my mother is in AGONY imagine my frustration to hear her appointment has been cancelled . My poor mother hasn't slept for 2 days , has swelling and cannot eat or drink . This is very worrying but your receptionist phoebe didn't even ask about her symptoms or give us any other options until I had to phone back as my mother is in extreme pain .
