Appalling customer service. My mother purchased a gift card over $200 and I never got a tracking number email, confirmation, etc. Except for the order number. It is blatantly obvious that they never mailed out the gift card and charged my mom. Instead of refunding my mother, giving me a simple pin to access the gift card online, or just even acknowledging they made a mistake (after multiple emails), it's been over 2 months and NOTHING. Ridiculous and they just lost an international customer over what should've been such a simple fix. Shame as there's so few tall clothing stores and I thought I finally found a good one. I don't like complaining about businesses since it can make or break a company but this is after multiple attempts to fix this situation. From other reviews I've seen it doesn't look like we will ever see a solution to this. If they resolve this I'll gladly take this post down.

Not many places where you can get tall clothing. So grateful this place is still up and running. I have been shopping here for years. My favorites are are the long inseam jeans and pants. Do appreciate the effort of the better styles since it has been taken over. Just because youre tall does not mean that you have lost sense of taste in fashion. Have had zero issues with returns or quality. In fact it is the opposite. LTS also sends you a return slip when youre in Canada if needed, which the return is a small cost so no issues with that. Im thinking some of these reviews may be fake.

I had the displeasure of speaking to two incompetent and unprofessional women. One by the name of Kacie who kept muting the call to gather information from a colleague when I asked questions that she was unsure of. The second, by the name of Sophie who said that she could not wait on the phone for me to access my return link because she was busy. Its the audacity and lack of professionalism for me! She then ushered me off the call while lying by saying she had cancelled the collection request that I had placed only for the delivery collector to appear at my front door the next day. Not only did she lie but she was rude and incompetent. Disgusting service from two women who clearly lack any form of human decency. All I wanted was to return/refund my faulty item that I bought

I ordered a lovely long cream gilet. When it arrived there were no labels on it the zip was faulty and in the pocket was a dirty tissue. Clearly had been returned after being worn and they had the audacity to resell it. Obviously quality control is non existent!! Disgusting!!
