Probably the worst card and financial institution to rip off persons to being able to access their funds when requested to close accounts by the company themselves.Best avoided.

I moved over to the new card/app in Sep. Haven't been able to upload any money since the 22nd October. I have now decided I would like to close my account and have my money refunded (due to some terrible reviews I have read online - see FB and TrustPilot). Problem is, it takes them about a month to respond to any query. It's the lack of communication I find most worrying. No excuse of it, even during the height of Covid - you can work remotely and still respond to customer queries.

Horrible experience. They ignore my emails to return my money which was still in my account when they changed their card provider. They told me to contact IDT Finance which I had and no response from them either. I'm YOUR customer not IDT Finance's! It's your third party and why would you direct your customer to a third party? No direct customer service and really slow to reply to emails with standard answers.

I used to love this card/company but at this point I'm going to withdraw my money and close my account!!! I have been trying to change my home address details, and either app crashes without even loading, website tells me I need an active card (which I have) or app prompts me for endless phone verifications and pin set-ups. I tried to send a request form to their support team through their "Help" feature, and after writing out the whole detailed explanation, it came back with yet another error saying request could not be loaded. Now they want to send me a new card to my old address, won't let me update my account with the new one and I can't even contact the support team. Please make it make sense!!
